Review Summary

The software is extremely clunky, it's the type of software that you have to obviously build the database for as most ERP software is like that, but the categories and names for the areas are all just a mess. With that being said, since you have to build the database, you'd think you'd be on the phone or chat with the customer service reps... You won't. They haven't responded to most of my messages, they sometimes don't even answer the phone. Sometimes they talk arrogantly to you as if you're an idiot, when it's their own idiotic software is the problem. If there was better customer service, I'd say as with most software, it takes time, but with this poor service, everything is just a total mess. If I were to list the problems, the list would take up more words than this review can even accept. Use literally ANYTHING else.
