I am the CEO of Salonist, a salon management software. Salonist came into existence with a mission to overcome the challenges faced by salon and spa owners. The journey started when I saw one of my friends who runs a salon in Paragon Mall on Orchard Road in Singapore. Whenever we met for lunch or dinner, he shared the struggles he faced due to the decline in the number of clients. After meeting one of my other salon owner friends, I witnessed that he was also facing the same problems. With this, it was clear in my mind to build a solution that helps manage the salon’s operations smoothly. The solution should not only solve their problems but also empower other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the salon and spa industry.
Unlike common software, Salonist provides unique value to clients by offering a comprehensive and industry-specific solution. It provides features such as appointment management, marketing tools, and financial tracking all in one integrated, user-friendly platform. Salonists help improve business efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Our software, Salonist, is mainly designed for the beauty and wellness industry, like salons and spas. It can be highly beneficial for barber shops, Hair Salons, Massage therapy salons, Bridal salons, Nail Salons, Medical spas, Aesthetic skin clinics, Tattoo salons, Pet grooming salons, etc.
