Its an excellent visual tool

At Infinity Dish, we have used several social networking programs over the years, and if I have to recommend one, it would be Samepage. The product's name does exactly what it says; it keeps you and all of your people on the same page. Pros are that it includes messaging, taskboards, spreadsheets, and my personal favorite, the mindmap, an excellent visual tool. Cons would be the inability to assign subtasks and that it is not the easiest of programs to learn. However, no product is perfect.

It provides all the features that small business needs in the collaboration software i.e., project management, internal communications, file sharing, and also the mobile app for real-time engagement.Project managementIt allows us to keep the project content and assign tasks individually to the team members. Along with it, the managers can track the progress of each job. In one glance, the tasks list and progress can give an overview of the whole project.CalendarThis feature is handy to mark the sub deadlines of the project, meetings, and all the important dates we need to remember. So, all details get lined up.Internal and External CommunicationWe did not want to rely on other platforms for communication, and Samepage features are enough for handling internal communication. We could communicate about the tasks just below it in the comment section. 

Moreover, it keeps a record of the pertinent information which could be consulted later on. The team members can share any file - audio, video, or podcast. Additionally, popular file-sharing services could be integrated into this platform, which makes the collaboration easier. Real-time updatesA company can take advantage of the Samepage mobile apps on iOS and Android if they need to have real-time updates 24/7. 

OutsidersIt is not only restricted to the team members, but even we can include outsiders such as clients to some pages by changing the privacy settings. It has a native audio/video chat feature that lets us communicate effectively.File sharingThe team members can share any file, and you could sync files locally on their system. The file could be saved and edited. It would automatically show the latest version to anyone who would access the file while also keeping the recent versions.
