I am using this tool and I can say that it is an excellent choice for businesses. As it has all the essential features for document management, but what sets Seed DMS apart from other similar options is its ability to search within documents themselves. Also, the search function allows us to search by keywords, metadata, file type, author, date range, and other criteria. Because of its advanced indexing techniques to search through the content of documents, we can search for specific phrases or words within the document.
