happy with the software and till now have had a fantastic experience. I use it for my business, and I really love having this software that makes it easier, it seems to work well so far. This software has been a real help in saving my time and energy in scheduling. I wish that I had gotten it a bit earlier. because it's perfect for my business as Clients can comfortably schedule on their own time while still being offered services they didn’t know about.

Very smooth platform. It has helped me with my business and makes scheduling flexible. Fully customizable for my needs. it also makes it easy for me to modify appointments. Software is very convenient and simple to understand and much less stressful for me.

What do you like the least about ServiceMax?

Their customer service communication is good, but definitely, there still is something how to the better and more customizable.
