Review Summary

I called customer service to get assistance with my bill and make a payment for 6 months, but Albert  the customer service rep was so busy talking about himself and interrogating me in a very unprofessional way. I was willing to pay the full bill for 6 months, but because I haven't received any of the bills in the mail I requested that the late fees be waived. They did remove two of them and there was a remaining $30 late fee and they told me I have to go through the condo management to take care of it and if there is no response within 72 hours there will be an additional $15 late fee on top of the previous late fee. So Albert was not happy with me not wanting to pay the $30 late fees and he began to talk about himself and how responsible he is paying his bills in a way that he made me feel like I was irresponsible for not paying this late fee. Even after I explained it to him several times why I didn't pay because I wasn't aware of the bill and not receiving a bill. The conversation quickly heated up because he couldn't stop talking about himself and getting louder and angrier. I didn't understand why he thought that I wanted to create this problem for myself so I can pay a larger amount and additional late fees. I even told him I'm at work and my time is limited by this inconvenience, but he couldn't stop talking about how he pay's his bill on point and by demeaning me by not paying my bill. He was very unprofessional and I requested a manager to reach out to me. Hopefully he submitted the request and I will get a call back because this was very unprofessional customer service on his end.
