Review Summary
Our medium-sized software download company Moo Soft has utilized the open-sourced SuiteCRM for three years to manage our global workforce of contract workers. It has very useful features such as customizable dashboards, workflow automation, and good integration with our other popular web applications. The biggest advantage is that it is really affordable to be open-sourced. However, this also leads to its disadvantage as it is a bit more challenging to use for those not technically minded as you do need a bit of technical knowledge to set up and manage the software.

What do you like the most about SuiteCRM?
The software is very robust and agile at the same time.
The Interface is very much easier to work with and easy to grasp even for new employees.
I personally liked the way they provide their services and their support.
What do you like the least about SuiteCRM?
Some integration modules are a little bit glitchy and not up to the mark.
Big reports take too much time getting generated, sometimes they don’t even get generated.
