Review Summary

At our company Kate Backdrop, we use TeamViewer as our Remote Desktop Software. We have been using it for about two years now and find the pros include a high level of security, ease of use, and compatibility with Windows & macOS. The cons are that some features require upgrading to work properly, and customer support takes some time to get back to you. We use TeamViewer daily, with occasional use outside of work hours.

Some years back our institution started using TeamViewer 9 for remote assistance. I use it for many things to this day. We found that it did make endpoints more vulnerable when setup for unattended access (also the beauty of TV).
