What I love most about the system is that it has a pay-as-you-go pricing formula that allows us to pay for it when we need its service, which is usually in between months when we need to hire. The system's downside is that it doesn’t fully support self-onboarding, which would be extra helpful as our company evolves into a fully remote entity.
