We HQ Hire use Workday. It is the software of my choice. It is probably one of the best HR Software for businesses that have at least 100 employees or more. My experience with it is overall quite positive. Detailed reports and analytics with diagrams and organization charts. Streamline the HR process from hiring to onboarding to providing visibility and limited control for hiring managers in managing their employees. Lack of transparent pricing which can be expensive when adding additional features to the software. Limited benefits for small businesses with less than 100 employees.

We BestPeopleFinder use “Workday“ for our HR department. It is just as if your HR activities are on one page. It is a very simple and intuitive tool for companies of all sizes, with features like recruiting, talent management, payroll, time tracking, workforce planning, and compensation. I love the User Interface of Workday because it is very easy to navigate for any user and requires almost no training. We also find it helpful in accessing the personnel reports through Workday, especially performance and training tracking and scheduling. We use Workday daily and using it for 3 years.
