WorkStatus is an employee tracking software made for businesses of all kinds. This time tracking software helps in tracking time and productivity throughout the day for enterprises, small businesses, and freelancers. Developed by ValueCoders, WorkStatus came to life by the team after understanding the utmost need for time management and productivity. The consciously created software just does not stick to time tracking but scales up to managing the entire workflow and the needs of the workforce. We aim at automating employee time tracking and productivity management activities for both employees and management for improvised productivity. A manager, on average, spends almost 3 hours of his workday trying to put his team together and get the jobs done. These 3 hours combine deploying projects, checking activities, enabling coordination, tracking productivity, explaining feedback, calls, meetings, and more. Simple, very well organized and with all essential features, just perfect for my time tracking needs. Difficult and clumsy UI at first, but once you get the hang of it, really useful. Easy to use and has many features for use.

I own a startup with a strength of around 50 employees. Before the covid epidemic, everything was going smoothly. All of a sudden, I had to shift all my work online. So, initially, I faced a problem with monitoring my remote employees. I looked for several so-called best monitoring software but failed to get a reliable one. Hopefully, I found Workstatus, an excellent employee monitoring software that helps me keep an eye on my remote workers. Pros With this software, I can see what they are working on and how much time they spend on each task and periodically get their screenshots. I can also track the team's progress via Workstatus reports. Cons The app's only drawback is that you have to input all your availability information manually, but it's worth it if you need to monitor your employees efficiently. Overall, I'm delighted with this software and would highly recommend it to anyone. If I have to rate the software, I will give it 4.5 out of 5.

I am a business consultant with experience of 12+ years in consulting domain. I mostly work with my clients remotely to help them manage their business processes. Most of my work is time-based, wherein I have to create time-based bills, manage the productivity and working hours of my employees and keep a track of your client's projects. I have previously tried some major time tracking tools like Hubstaff and Toggl Track, but i have settled with WorkStatus for now due to its similar features to its counterparts, but at a very affordable price Pros: The admin dashboard of the tool gives me an access to all the major activities. I usually create online timesheets of my employees to track their hours and track project completion. WorkStatus helps me by tracking my employees in real-time, along with managing their attendance too. I can straightaway create invoices on the basis of the time tracked. My employees have become much more productive since we started using WorkStatus Cons: As per my understanding, the tool is still in development, hence I expect a much better performance of the said features. I'd also recommend the team to make the screenshot process more efficient. Pricing: I personally chose Workstatus because it provides many features at much lower costs than others. Pricing is the biggest advantage in Workstatus in my opinion Till now, i have been satisfied with Workstatus and would recommend you to go for it. Will update if i face any issues
