4. Yammer enables anyone to collaborate, share, and learn and contains many features, including messaging, posting in groups, making groups, etc.

5. One of the best features about Yammer is its excellent customer service, which has made it a remarkable tool to use for collaboration or networking.

6. Whenever you post something or get a notification, you receive an email too, which sometimes seems annoying.

Cons

1. I wish to see messaging or recent feed filtering features so that we can acquire the most relevant information.

2. One of the cons related to Yammer is the separation of comments from the original posts, and it gets challenging to find the separated comments in Yammerland.

3. We are quite dissatisfied with the user interface; it requires much more improvement.

4. There is no separate session for specific file that needs to be shared urgently, which gets really difficult whenever we share a specific file as it's a little messy out there in Yammer without any ‘’specific shared file location.’’
