Allround easy to use, quick to set-up, enough customisation with the exception some fields cannot be removed. I have used this in two separate businesses, with different requirements, and it worked great on both.

I enjoyed Zoho recruit because it was so seamless, it helped me to recruit efficiently, and to streamline the recruitment side of my business. I am also able to add my HR partner so that we are on the same page, and have moved from the traditional way of recruiting where we were using emails and being inundated with emails can be so frustrating.

Incredible how they have taken into account the many features necessary in the recruiting process. I highly recommend that if you are already using at least 2 other Zoho systems, I insist you add Zoho Recruit. It will streamline your recruiting process.

I'm using Zoho Recruit to follow candidates and its job application. It let me enter and track all the candidates that I'd like to present to my customers. Its overall completeness helps me a lot on my daily tasks. I'm using a lot of features such as email sending, plan a task/call, use job board and attach resume with candidate profile.

We upgraded from a very basic CRM and Zoho has surpassed my expectations. The migration process was super easy and the platform is very user friendly. I have been able to customise and tailor to my business needs and this was a huge plus for our business. The CV parsing tool is very accurate and it integrates easily with other tools via Zapier so makes adding clients and contacts super easy, this was not a function with our previous CRM so has made a massive difference in terms of efficiency. Support can be slow but you can pay for upgraded support packages to ensure you have your own dedicated support manager and for bigger businesses it would definitely be worth it. Everything we have needed to do we have found in a video tutorial or answered on the forum.

Zoho recruit is a great solution and has transformed our recruitment process. We are able to advertise roles quickly, perform screening in an automated manner and close out the recruitment process all online with a great digital experience for our internal staff and external candidates who apply for our roles/jobs we advertise.
