Our collaboration with Tech Alchemy was nothing short of impressive. We required a solution that was not only innovative but also easy to understand and operate for restaurant owners—a sector where simplicity is crucial. Tech Alchemy delivered on all fronts, creating a system from scratch in just three months. The project was executed in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on flexibility to accommodate our need to work alongside our CTO. The team’s commitment to clear and constant communication was a standout aspect of this partnership. We had daily standups via Google Hangouts across the entire development team, with Slack being used for ongoing communication. This level of transparency allowed us to stay fully informed throughout the project, which was incredibly valuable, especially when coordinating with other elements of our sales team. After testing the initial solution, we identified the need for additional features, and Tech Alchemy was quick to help us prioritize and implement these enhancements. Tech Alchemy has been an exceptional partner throughout this project. We sought to create a platform based on NFC technology embedded in our bottles, utilizing existing infrastructure and NFC trends in a seamless manner. From our very first conversation with Tech Alchemy, I was incredibly impressed by the experience, aptitude, and maturity of Soham and the entire team. Tech Alchemy took this concept and helped us transform it into a fully-fledged social platform for content creation and sharing. The platform now features location tracking, social media following, community building, and content management and sharing capabilities. They also created an e-commerce version of the app, developing the website from scratch and integrating backend APIs to connect the app with the site. Tech Alchemy's approach to project management was exemplary. They assigned a mix of London-based team members, who were customer-facing, and a team in India, whose size varied depending on the task complexity. This model ensured timely delivery and high-quality work. Their ability to integrate with our company, providing both strategy and hands-on support, made them feel like true partners rather than just another agency. The new version of our platform is now live on iOS and Android, and we've seen some growth thanks to our marketing efforts. While we're pleased with the product overall, we did notice a higher-than-expected churn rate, prompting us to iterate on the platform before pushing further marketing. Despite this, every product we've developed with Tech Alchemy has met or exceeded our expectations. Communication with the Tech Alchemy team has been seamless. We primarily interact with their London team, using email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Slack for daily communication, while project management is handled through Trello. The collaborative nature of our work, with regular mockups, presentations, and feedback sessions, has been a highlight of our experience. Their shared interest in the project is what truly sets Tech Alchemy apart. They are deeply invested in our success and are more than just a service provider—they feel like an integral part of our team. Their commitment to our project has been unwavering, and it’s clear they care about the outcome just as much as we do.

The end goal was to create a fast, smooth-running, and visually appealing product that provides the best user experience possible. As we moved into the development phase, Tech Alchemy continued to impress us with their proactive approach and technical expertise. The development process has been smooth, with every iteration supplemented by manual QA testing to ensure that the product runs perfectly before deployment. The team’s ability to integrate with ours has been seamless—they’ve been given their own Google Workspace email addresses, and we’re in constant communication via Slack. This level of integration has allowed us to stay updated on the product's progress and quickly address any issues that arise. Additionally, Tech Alchemy has connected us with their partners to help us meet deadlines and anticipate potential blockages. Their responsiveness and dedication to the project have provided us with rapid access to technological expertise, a runway for building our in-house team, and a strategic option for scaling. Their involvement has not only accelerated our development process but also given us valuable insights from their deep experience in building technology products.

We reached out to several UK-based companies, and decided to hire Tech Alchemy based on the responsiveness and knowledge of their co-founders. Since partnering with them, I've realized the value of investing time, money, and effort into building an app. Their team has saved me a lot of time and resources by partnering with us. The communication between our teams has been amazing, with an open feedback and idea-sharing process. Tech Alchemy is very hands-on, consistently updating me on the project's progress. Their involvement has been ongoing, and I've been more than happy with their efficiency regarding time and resources. I began by sharing my vision with TechAlchemy, and they built a web portal from scratch. The portal is intended for government use, specifically by social services commissioners who need to find homes and beds for children in care. Suppliers can also gain access to post their available homes or beds. Throughout the development process, I’ve interfaced with at least ten different people, including the founder, a project manager, two designers, and multiple web developers. The team is overseen by the founder and the overall project manager. I conducted a thorough search for good web designers and developers in the UK, sending out a project brief to about twenty highly regarded agencies and conducting interviews with them. In the end, I decided to move forward with TechAlchemy because they submitted an amazing proposal and grasped the concept of the project ten times better than any of the other web developers I spoke to. Though the portal is still a work in progress, each time I meet with TechAlchemy, they wow me with their achievements and how they evolve the project from the initial idea. They continually offer suggestions, covering things I hadn’t even thought about or knew were possible. I can’t speak highly enough about TechAlchemy. They’ve managed to turn my vision into a reality, considering the project is so niche and involves intricate details. The team makes sense of all the material and documents I provided them. I am so glad I chose to partner with them because, so far, they have not let me down. They are excellent, and I am very pleased with them.

We interviewed founders in person and chose Tech Alchemy from about five international alternatives, with our entire board involved in the final decision. Holofy, a booking platform for short-term rental spaces and a management tool for hosts, required developing the entire journey from space discovery to check-out, while giving hosts cutting-edge tools to curate a superior stay experience. This monumental task was successfully delivered to market together with Tech Alchemy. Throughout our collaboration, we scaled resources based on varying challenges and deadlines, with team size ranging from 3-5 developers to as many as 12-15, seamlessly adjusting to our needs. The product reached maturity in record time, receiving stellar reviews and engagement from guests. While bugs and flaws are inevitable, the team responded promptly to fix issues as they arose. The communication, workflow, and chemistry with the cofounders were among the main strengths of our collaboration and were pivotal in choosing Tech Alchemy over competitors. Our collaboration involved in-person meetings and the use of virtual management tools like Jira and Trello. Tech Alchemy distinguishes itself by being in the top 10% of agencies that put in the extra effort to define a concrete scope, bring clarity, and contribute meaningful ideas as a project takes shape. This approach contrasts with the 90% of agencies that profit from loose briefs or lack of clarity.

We scanned the market, spoke with at least six agencies, and reviewed multiple references. Soham from Tech Alchemy stood out from the beginning, being very open and honest. It was clear that Tech Alchemy felt strongly about the success of the teams they worked with, making them not as transactional as other agencies. Strong references and good value enabled us to move forward with them. Our collaboration began with project planning, where Tech Alchemy helped us scope how to turn our visual designs into a functional and scalable app. Their honest and collaborative approach was evident throughout the process. We have already seen early versions of the app and are optimistic about the full build. Tech Alchemy's team was incredibly supportive, providing guidance even through the hiring process of our internal team members. Their personable and young team was easy to work with, making the entire experience pleasant and efficient.

The main goal for this project was to create a new experience for our users by reducing the complexity of the existing prototype. The secondary goal was to extend our prototype based on the new experience and implement new features in an agile way. Once we agreed to work together, we had a couple of discovery sessions to go through the existing work and understand the project requirements together. After the sessions, we started the Design sprints to create the new UX and mockups. It was a delightful experience working with Tech Alchemy since they understood our user needs quickly and were able to come up with a great UX in a relatively short period. We made further changes to the design after validation from our users. Tech Alchemy also helped us by suggesting colour schemes, a brand new logo, and a catchy name for our mobile app. At every step of the design, there was regular communication between us and their team. Post design signoff, we started implementation by initially planning for 2 sprints. For building the mobile app, we used Flutter, a cross-platform development framework. The sprint execution was done using agile methods and we used Trello cards to monitor daily progress in addition to daily standups and ad-hoc emails. We were so pleased with the work after 2 sprints that we decided to run a 3rd sprint to add new delight features in the app. In the 3rd sprint, we needed some backend developer work and this was provided by Tech Alchemy and thankfully they managed it within the existing budget allocation. Throughout the implementation phase, they released regular beta builds so that our team could test and suggest changes. Post-implementation, we entered the testing and bug-fixing phase. The project was handed over along with some documentation. Throughout the project, we had a dedicated single point of contact to monitor work progress. For the daily standups, a project manager and a front-end developer were always present. There was a backend developer and IOS expert for a short period as per our requirements. In the background, there were testers and QA specialists. In a matter of 4 months, we were able to drastically simplify a complex app and release it to our corporate clients. We had a wish-list of features from the past 18 months and thanks to their great work, we were able to finish most of them within the agreed time frame. The UI, colour schemes, and overall user experience resulted in favourable feedback from our end users. A further implementation sprint is planned in the next months for an infrastructure overhaul to support scale. We had daily standups for the implementation sprints with the comms lead, project manager, and developer. The workflow was optimized so that tasks could progress in parallel, even during blockers. Blockers were sometimes technical and some pending signoffs from our side. Being a developer myself, the discussions went into code-level reviews sometimes but we always managed to move ahead. It was great communication overall. Their involvement and understanding of our user needs were excellent. Since they understood the minor details very well, we didn't need to explain everything to them and work was smooth.

Tech Alchemy's exceptional project management and quick understanding of complex requirements enabled us to meet our deadlines and satisfy our customer. Tech Alchemy's involvement began when we were under significant pressure to complete a customer's project on time. Their project manager took over several development tasks, writing detailed descriptions, which a developer then completed within a week. We had almost daily discussions about progress, ensuring everything stayed on track. Their efficiency and dedication were evident as they managed the project exceptionally well. We were able to finish the project on time, delivering a final product that our third-party customer was very pleased with. Throughout the process, Tech Alchemy demonstrated excellent project management skills. Their structuring, time management, and delivery were all as promised, which was critical in meeting our tight deadline.

We were in touch with three different teams of developers, presenting the logic of our requirements to each team and collecting their visions and solutions. Tech Alchemy's approach and ideas stood out, showing their ability to think outside the box. Consequently, we signed an agreement with them without hesitation. We had calls every week, sometimes twice a week, and all our comments were taken into account. Depending on the task, we worked with a team of 5 to 7 developers. Their way of thinking and responsible approach was consistently impressive. The outcome of their work is outstanding, as they have successfully automated numerous processes within our app. We are extremely satisfied with the final result and are planning to continue working with Tech Alchemy on future projects.

Tech Alchemy supported us in a way that I dont think anyone else could have. Without their experience, connections in the space, technical know how, and eye for design we would have had to go back to the drawing board for the 3rd time. Having already spent a lot of time and resources working with our agencies, we were very sceptical to start working with another. However, from day one working with Tech Alchemy it has been obvious that his as the best and smartest choice for our business. We have high volume of visitors to our site each day as our socials have gained over 400 million visitors so it is very important to work with a team who can support this. We have continued our relationship with Tech Alchemy well past our initial build.
