Flynaut project management was highly effective in terms of communication and flexibility. After handing over my money, it seemed like all communication lines with Flynaut got increasingly difficult. A high turnover of project managers was the norm, missed deadlines, non-fuctional programming, ultimately losing me money, event opportunities and credibility. I will be seeking a full refund of $37,858.29. The proposed 5-month completion timelines has been ongoing for nearly 19months at the point I sent the contract cancellation and refund request letter. Flynaut continued to draft payments from me even though clause 7 of the contract states that the client payments should be halted in the even that Flynaut delayed the project timeframe by more than 6 months. I did good faith efforts and tried to coordinate meetings and create documents, hired a project manager of my own to take over in January of 2023. She agreed with my sentiments about Flynaut. It became increasingly evident that they had no intention of delivering the product they had promised.

We have carried out Beta testing and have received excellent feedback. The app does what it supposed to do, is fresh and appealing to our target audience and easy to navigate.

This is not a US company, they are amateurs just trying to land business in the US—through an aggressive string of sales emails, TEXTS AND EVEN CALLS. From their “888” number, based out of “North Carolina.” You’ll interface with “Russel” (don’t be fooled by the name like I was, looked him up on LinkedIn 5 mins ago, he’s from India), then once you’ve paid, you get passed off to Rahul. They took my money, they tricked me, they passed off BS, 3rd rate work, and then tried to tell me I’d have to pay an additional $1600 to finish the job—a 2 page website. The contract was for $600. I got conned, so you don’t have to.
