They were easy to work with. Meetings were organized but not stiff, and they followed up always.
Masa came in with a pretty loose idea and AppMakers helped turn it into something solid. What I appreciated most is they didn’t overcomplicate it or try to make it into some giant monster platform. They listened, asked smart questions, and helped us focus on what would actually matter for alumni and current participants. The end result felt thoughtful and realistic. I’d definitely work with them again.

Describe your project in brief
AppMakers helped us map out what this could actually look like in real life, not just in theory. They went through different user types, what kind of info we’d want to keep track of, how people could search each other, message, update profiles, join groups, stuff like that. They also gave us screen ideas, a rough build plan, and helped us think through what should come first versus what could wait.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Honestly, they understood the people side of it. This wasn’t just some database or CRM thing. They got that relationships are the point here, and the tool had to feel useful and human, not cold.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Not really. For this phase, they gave us what we needed and did it well.
