About 3DArchPreVision
3DArchPreVision is a 3D architectural rendering studio in Chennai, India, founded in 2008 and led by architect Basalath Fathima (B.Arch.). We turn architects' and developers' drawings into photorealistic exterior and interior renders, 3D floor plans, walkthrough animations, photomontages and 360° tours.
We have completed 500+ projects for architects, interior designers and real estate developers in 17+ countries, including the UK, USA, UAE, Italy and Switzerland. Clients include Emarah Developers, Urbando Developers, CasaGi SRL, Immoval and Woori Bank. The designs come from our clients; our job is to show them accurately, with the right materials, lighting and site context.
How we work: send your drawings or 3D model and we reply with a quote within 24 hours. Standard renders take 3–5 business days, and clients in Europe and the US usually see progress overnight. Renders start from USD 150 per view. We work in 3ds Max, V-Ray and Chaos Vantage, sign NDAs on request and keep confidential projects confidential.
