3Dstudio.co

3Dstudio.co is an architectural visualization studio in Tallinn, Estonia, run by 3DST OÜ. Since 2013 we have delivered 1,247 rendering projects for 215 companies in 17 countries, for housing developers, architects and interior designers across Europe, the UK and North America.

We make exterior and interior renders, aerial views, 3D floor plans, 360 virtual tours, walkthrough animations and virtual staging. We work from CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch.

Every project starts with a fixed price and a delivery date, sent within 30 minutes of receiving the drawings. The camera, lens and time of day are agreed on a grey clay model before any materials are added, so the first full preview is close to the final image. Two revision rounds are included. We work under NDA as standard.

125 of our 220 clients have come back for a second project.
