The only area that could have been smoother was the onboarding of our internal team after launch. While the app is intuitive, more structured training sessions or documentation would have helped us adapt faster. That said, their support team was always quick to jump in whenever we needed guidance.
There were no significant concerns or issues with the services provided by Probey. If anything, the timeline for some additional customizations post-launch could have been slightly quicker, but this is a very minor point considering the quality of the final product.
The only area for improvement would be offering more post-launch analytics support to help us maximize user engagement. Beyond that, the collaboration was excellent.
