AEC Development Partners brings over 30 years of experience in the design and construction sector. We are a Certified General Contractor licensed and insured in the state of Florida, with design partners licensed in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Our experience is based on the design and construction of projects in the private and public sectors.

​We perform primarily as a lead general contractor. Our past client list includes Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Ramada, and multiple multifamily and retail/office developers. We also partner with other General Contractors to execute as a subcontractor performing earthwork, concrete, masonry, and interior finishes
