We offer tenant representation, corporate real estate services, consulting services, facilities management, and investment services. More importantly, we do it differently than anyone else. We built a salary-based team to ensure everyone works in the client’s interest.

We chose to build a team composed of individuals with incredibly diverse backgrounds: a scientist, banker, attorney, and a broker to name a few. The team’s diverse backgrounds allow us to bring to the table a unique set of problem-solving skills, expertise, and knowledge of commercial real estate to solve any problem presented to us. We work collaboratively to identify how real estate can help achieve corporate goals.

Our principals have more than a century of experience. We complete transactions in every major U.S. market each year, as well as select markets on five other continents.
