Alrig USA is a privately held commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Metro-Detroit, with a dual focus on our company owned office portfolio and our in-house development team, Alrig USA Development. Specializing in value-add acquisitions of commercial office buildings, ground-up retail developments, and redevelopment opportunities, our mission is to create a real estate holding that will enhance the landlord and tenant relationship.
