Altinsoft sold out of stock item. I request to get a refund. They don't respond.

I placed an order for web hosting at Altinsoft and successfully submitted my payment.
After two days notices that my service is missing and contacted customer service. They told me that web hosting is out of stock.
Requested to get refund and never got back any answer.

Web hosting fee are relatively cheap but not accurate and clear

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Their customer service should respond to the messages and questions

They should remove out of stock items and disallow place order. This creates confission.
