They handle eveything from storage to packaging to shipping
Same-day fulfillment for our skincare line with custom packaging and branded inserts. We ship about 200-300 orders daily, and they handle it all including our special gift sets during holidays

We wanted to keep more control over our customer experience and FBA was eating into our profits. AMZ Prep handles our FBM orders just as fast as Amazon would, but we save money and can use our ob brabded packaging. Danny and his team actually answer the phone when we call, which is refreshing
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Real customer service with people who know our account. Danny remembers our preferences, and when I call about urgent order, I don't have to explain our business whole model again
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Setting up the custom packaging took longer than we wanted-almost 3 weeks when they initially said 7-10 days. Also, I wish they had a weekend customer service line for urgent issues

We used to just guess where to send our inventory and hope for the best. AMZ prep looks at our sales data and figures out the smartest way to distribute everything across Amazon's warehouses. It's made a real difference in how fast our customers get their orders. Dhurva and her team are like having Amazon experts on our side
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The use of actual data instead of just guessing where inventory should go. Dhurva sends me weekly reports showing exactly why inventory went where, and our metrics keep improving
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Performance reporting would be helpful-- I'd love a dashboard showing real-time performance metrics instead of waiting for weekly reports. Also, their initial analysis took 2 weeks, which felt long when we were eager to start
