Arbisoft developers comprised about 50% of my frontend and QA teams at a Bay Area tech startup. I'd worked with a few remote dev shops before in various countries, so I had a bit of experience.
The engineers Arbisoft provided us with were consistently strong and impressive. Their engineers were self-contained enough that they could manage their own workflow, but responsive enough to our needs that we never had any problems communicating. We simply looped them into all of our standups, and they carried on with minimal oversight or management from our local team. This always made it feel less like they were contractors and more like they were core members of our team.
Arbisoft management was also a quite nice to work with. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure any concerns we had were addressed. We even decided to expand our Arbisoft team, and management provided us with several engineers whose skills easily exceeded what we were hoping for.
