Hello! My name is Benjamin Wong. Ten years ago, I could not have imagined that a random trip to Dubai would turn my whole life around. I have always been an avid traveler, and Dubai was just another dot on the map. But as soon as I set foot on this land, I fell in love. I fell in love with the city, with its atmosphere, with its architecture.

You know, there are people who collect stamps or coins. And I’ve always been a bit obsessed with beautiful buildings. He walked, raised his head, looked at skyscrapers, imagined how great it would be to live in one of them. And now, Dubai seems to have embodied all my architectural fantasies into reality.

Fate, apparently, decided to play a trick on me. Before I had time to admire the local beauties, a friend called me asking for help choosing an apartment. “Are you there now, in Dubai? Look at a couple of penthouses, huh?” And I agreed. Why not, I thought then. At the same time, I will see how the local rich live.

But this “why not” puzzled me. I ran around these luxurious apartments like a child in a toy store. Each apartment was like a work of art. I admired the breathtaking panoramic windows, studied every detail of the interior. And you know what is most amazing? I liked not only to look at this beauty, but also to tell others about it.

So I became an unofficial realtor. First for friends, then for friends of friends. I didn’t just show apartments, I helped people find their ideal home. We chose furniture together, discussed where to best place the sofa to admire the sunset. I felt like a bit of a magician – after all, I helped make dreams come true, made people happy.
