Berger Briggs Real Estate & Property Management Inc.

In 1937, Walter O. Berger had been working in the real estate industry for Anderman & Glasebrook and Leslie P. Briggs was working for the Equitable Finance Company. They decided to team up and formed The Berger & Briggs Company to serve the real estate and insurance needs of a growing Albuquerque. They were located in a small one room office at 112 Second St SW, in the Sunshine Building. As their agency grew, they moved to a more spacious office building at 215 Third St. SW.
