Blake Real Estate was founded more than fifty years ago by Jack I. Bender and has been an integral member of the Washington, DC area’s real estate community since that time. Today, David Bender, Chairman of Blake Real Estate, Inc., brings a third generation of the Bender family’s leadership to the management of the company.

In addition to its presence in the office building development and management sectors, Blake is known for its work with other property types such as shopping centers, warehouses, multifamily, hotels and land acquisition.
