He learned his way of photography in more traditional way—working for; a Time magazine authorized film development lab, a Pentax camera in Tokyo, as a photographer for Knight Ridder paper...before he started his own studio. He is one of the few photographers nowadays who actually understand the science of light in studio photography. Most photographers stay within their boundary of photography, but Brian approaches photography like a true commercial artist—“How does this help the brand?” He provides valuable insights to what it takes to create a memorable, unique brand.
