For what projects/services did your company hire Brandingnuts?

We engaged with Brandingnuts to oversee the Ad Campaign Management for a product in our e commerce website.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to target the right audience through the selection of the correct channels in order to ensure low CPA.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them through a Google search. I liked their reviews, and their services fit my needs. They were easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope of work is to identify the correct audience to target and analyze the best channels to optimize. We settled on Facebook and Instagram, after which the work entailed creatives for the ads, video production, end-to-end ad management, and optimization.

What was the team composition?

After touching base with the founder and their sales representative, we worked closely with their team leaders for Facebook and Google ads respectively as well as their in-house design team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to identify Facebook & Instagram as the best channels for our Ad Campaign. The team helped us achieve a low CPA for Facebook Ads within the first month. Accordingly, we were able to optimize budget allocation. Conversion was actually the biggest challenge and the team helped to reach to sell 1500 products within a very short span of time. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been very smooth. We have a Whatsapp group and a Cliq channel through which we constantly communicate. Weekly reports and planning meetings are a must from both sides.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What was most impressive was their communication and organization. It allows us to focus on what we do best without constantly stressing about campaign management. 

 Are there any areas for improvement?

I believe they currently specialize in a few digital marketing verticals and if they grow the organization to cover more bases they can certainly do even better.

Vedic Naturals sells organic milk in Hyderabad India. Before they started working with Brandingnuts, they were making around 10 sales per month through their References.

Our client set us challenging goals and asked us to increase enquiries through their Social media platforms.

 Strategy:

To hit such challenging objectives, we needed to do plenty of work across multiple channels. We worked on a number of different channels: social media (with product outreach), content marketing & paid social media advertising.

For social media, we decided to limit our efforts to the three channels we thought would be most effective: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We had our design team create images to be shared across the accounts and worked hard to identify a tone that would appeal to our target audience. 

We also sent free samples of our client’s products to social media influencers who agreed to publish reviews or run giveaways on their profiles and websites. This tactic was super effective and their social channels saw growth and engagement explode. 

The final part of our strategy was paid advertising our social media team worked by placing targeted advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
