A bit pricy compared to others but amazing customer service

If you need to run custom server code, their plans are a bit pricy and you can only pay for a full year upfront. However if you need nothing more than a place to host your HTML/CSS/JS, their starter plans are very cheap.

Describe your project in brief
A homebrew desktop started as a personnal project by a single student developper. In order to distribute it as part of a portfolio, it needs an API in order to protect some data by not including it with the app and having the API return the results using the secret data.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Best customer service experience of all companies I made business with
They offer free demo tours of the cPanel tool used to manage your websites
They simple website hosting options are cheap and include templates
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
It has no monthly commitement options making it pricy out of the box
Had consistent technical issues sending automated emails to outlook addresses
The website is sometimes difficulty to navigate, especially when in a small window
