I am new to web development and was looking into hosting options to launch my first app. Due to my lack of knowledge on the hosting market, I signed up with a 12-month commitement to a plan that did not fit the needs of my project. The support team was very understanding and gave me a full refund knowing I would be switching to a competitor for my hosting needs. If you need to run custom server code, their plans are a bit pricy and you can only pay for a full year upfront. However if you need nothing more than a place to host your HTML/CSS/JS, their starter plans are very cheap.
