Michael J. Canella has been performing in the capacity of a full-time commercial real estate broker for over twenty-two years in North, Central and South Florida; he has built up considerable expertise during this time. Michael continues to broker in all sectors of commercial real estate but specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial/industrial sites and facilities in Central and Northeast Florida areas. His dedication and hard work helped him earn multiple "Salesman of The Year" awards with Prudential Atlantic Commercial while Vice President and corporate officer, 1998-2010. Michael is adept at selling vacant commercial/industrial land, selling/leasing improved commercial/industrial facilities; selling land acquisitions and development packages to decision makers. He has a thorough understanding of the architectural, engineering, permitting and construction process. Currently, Michael's projects include the ongoing relocation of distribution, industrial and logistics facilities to Central and Northeast Florida.
