I’ve dealt with Casey Kennedy Estate agents on both the letting side and the sales side, and what I noticed from the outset was the personal attention and willingness to really do their best for me. Their local area knowledge was key also in achieving quick letting with good rent and good tenant, and on the sales side an accurate valuation and detailed qualification of potential purchasers concluding with a very happy sold money in the bank scenario. Recently Phil and Shane helped complete a sale in Dublin for me and while i could not travel to Dublin due to Covid 19 travel restrictions they made it seamless to work through the process, even to the extent of key cutting, arranging tradespeople locally to do some snag fixes, all the running around I would have done if i could travel, yet they did that as part of their service. It’s things like that drive repeat business and in my case if/when I am purchasing again I will be very keen to buy through them as I trust them having had several dealings that all worked out well. The “small things done well” is how I put it but so many other agencies cannot manage that. Thanks again Shane & Phil and continued success!
