Now, under separate corporate entities for real estate development, property management and construction- Casilio is composed of professional estimators, project managers, field supervisors, real estate developers, property managers, real estate analysts,financiers and digital marketing professionals.

In the early 1980’s, Casilio established Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp. as a New York State licensed real estate brokerage firm to add value to current construction clients who began to need assistance managing their expanding real estate interests.

Today, Casilio real estate brokers and agents assist new clients in sales, leasing, tenant representation and consulting services. Casilio Real Estate also continues to add value for existing construction clients through facility management, which is integral to the functioning of the built environment.
