City Realty Advisors is an intown Atlanta commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, founded in 1996 by Tim Holdroyd. We assist buyers, sellers, and tenants. With 30 years’ experience tracking the emerging neighborhoods in and around Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, we have a deep understanding of land values and where prices are going.

We have worked with institutions and families to sell more intown development sites than any other commercial broker, closed 14 city streets and alleys over the years, purchased sidewalk easements, relocated sewer lines, created parking easements, and were instrumental in forming the Midtown Alliance. We represent tenants interested in non- traditional office space, and restaurants that want to go into neighborhoods but need help with grease traps, parking variances, and the NPU process.
