Connect Media

Connect Media helps Kenyan organisations reach customers on any phone. The platform delivers bulk and transactional SMS to Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom networks and to 190+ countries, with branded sender IDs, scheduling, two-way SMS and delivery reports. It also offers USSD menus for self-service on basic phones, and IVR and voice broadcast in English, Swahili and local languages.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go from KES 1 per SMS, with no minimum top-up and credit that never expires, paid by M-Pesa. Developers integrate through a REST API with an OpenAPI spec, a Postman workspace, and official SDKs for PHP, Laravel, Python and Node.js.

Schools use Connect Media for fee reminders, SACCOs for loan and deposit alerts, clinics for appointment reminders, and online stores for order updates. Support comes from a local team in Nairobi.
