Dallas Smith

He had been mentored early on by Thomas W. Tift and later pioneered the brokerage division of H.J. Russell & Company where he served as the division VP. At this point, he met a young intern with the kind of magnetic energy, determination and drive that made Dallas realize his mission was to serve as a bridge and catalyst for young people with the desire to advance. With this encounter, the seed for T. Dallas Smith & Company was planted. Less than a year later, the firm was established. Today, that young intern serves as the firm’s senior vice president.
