At first it felt like a big risk, but honestly, the way everything was handled made it really smooth

Honestly, in the beginning it felt like a big gamble because I was buying something that wasn’t even built yet. But that feeling didn’t last long. What really helped was the constant communication and the regular video updates showing the actual construction progress—not just fancy renders. Seeing real progress every couple of weeks made me feel much more confident in my decision.

Another big plus was how easy everything was to manage remotely. I was back home with family during most of the process, but it never felt complicated. From handling the paperwork to sorting out payments, everything was explained clearly and done in a simple, stress-free way.

The moment I received the SPA, it finally felt real, like this wasn’t just an idea anymore but something actually happening. Overall, the whole experience turned out to be smooth, reliable, and way less stressful than I expected.

It was a smooth and stress free experience with everything handled professionally

My overall experience was excellent and completely stress free from relocating my business to the DSO Free Zone to finding the right office space in Business Bay everything was handled professionally and efficiently Alena guided me through the entire process and even helped clean up and liquidate my previous company structure, which was quite complicated. The team also managed my work visa and assisted me in obtaining my Dubai driver’s license so I didn’t need to hire any separate lawyer or PRO.

I moved my business to the DSO Free Zone and needed help with office space and paperwork. Alena made the whole process very smooth. She found me a great office in Business Bay and handled the liquidation of my old company.

The DDA team also managed my work visa and Dubai driver’s license. Everything was done in one place and I’m very happy with the service

Solid 5 stars for the DDA team

My husband and I were incredibly stressed about moving to Dubai with only 14 days to find a villa. Elena was a lifesaver. We had 3 intensive Zoom calls before we even landed. By the 2nd day of viewings, we found the one. They handled the selection and purchase, and even provided assistance in obtaining a mortgage with a local bank. Everything was settled in under 3 weeks. We were relocating to Dubai, and we had a very short window to find a villa and get everything moving fast. Because we weren’t in Dubai yet, we started the search remotely with Elena through Zoom calls, going over areas, layouts, and what would realistically work for us once we landed.
When we arrived, the focus was on viewing villas in communities that felt family-friendly and calm, but still easy to reach the main parts of the city. One of the options we seriously considered (and the type of home we were aiming for) was a 4-bedroom villa in Avena, The Valley, it’s surrounded by greenery, has a lake inside the community, and the lifestyle facilities were a big plus for us (shared pool, kids’ play areas, gym/fitness, landscaped spaces, and even a community cinema).
We also liked that the area has quick access to Al Ain Road, so it didn’t feel “far out,” and it’s still practical for getting around Dubai and places like Dubai Outlet Mall.
