DESETA Group is a private real estate investment company in Charleston, South Carolina specializing in acquisition and disposition transactions, development, and management of industrial, commercial and residential properties.

Incorporated in 1971, by Founder and CEO Edward B. DeSeta as EBD Management, in Wilmington, Delaware. DeSeta developed, managed and sold various commercial properties consisting of mixed use retails centers, office complexes, industrial, and multi-story residential buildings.
