  • We were also impressed with their responsiveness and dedication to service quality. They owned everything and got it taken care of quickly. I appreciated the timely communication and openness throughout the process.
  • They were very much hands-on and open for communication the most. We really liked how they were able to keep good tenant relationships and look out for business interests.
  • They were reliable, extremely detail-oriented. The group was constantly on time and were also great communicators. We also liked that they could custom make a solution based on our need specific facility.

What Users Like The Least

  • There was a little delay in the initial set-up of the digital reporting dashboard in the begining, it was worth it to have to report digitally.
  • During the first few weeks, we had some hiccups with all of our data migrating from our old software company.
  • First was the slight stutter in getting me a point of contact - which led to a bit of confusion. But, other than that, communication and coordination picked up considerably.
