Spencer Management, in its current form, was created in 1993. Edmark Development is a DBA of Spencer Management Company. The goal since that time has been to develop and manage a high quality portfolio of commercial real estate. With that goal in mind Spencer Management has diligently developed over 2 million square feet of prime properties. While a portion of these properties have been sold or developed for others, the majority has continued to be held and managed by Spencer Management.

In 2002 the business was expanded to begin the management of property held by others. Currently Spencer has over 1,500,000 square feet of high quality commercial property under management. While our focus remains on retail centers, our management has grown to include office, hotel, restaurant, and even residential buildings and developments. Everyday we strive to provide personalized service and continuous support to tenants and property owners ranging from entities such as Target Corporation, Costco, Best Buy and Home Depot to small tenants like Jimmy Johns, Subway, and Zoup to the locally owned Nails Salons, Pharmacies, Health Care offices, and Tanning Salons.
