Welcome! The Flynn Group is a family owned, full-service real estate company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We lease, develop and sell a wide range of real estate including multi-use acreage along I-65 with a focus on bulk distribution, commercial office, retail centers and flex space for the small business.

The primary focus of the area of Flynn Group's activity covers a tri county region of north central Kentucky including Bullitt, Jefferson and Shelby counties. We are turn-key capable and can handle as much or as little of a project as our client requires. From developing millions of square feet of warehouse to 10-acre mini farms and retail strip centers our experience spans the complete spectrum of real estate development.
