Current assignments include disposition of former Wells Fargo Bank assets throughout Northeast Florida as well as  site selection for MedExpress Urgent Care spanning the entire east coast of Florida.

Gateway Capital Development, Inc. was founded in 1998 by President and Licensed Real Estate Broker , J. R. Pitcairn. Mr. Pitcairn has over 30 years of experience leasing, developing and investing in Florida real estate.
