I began my career in the U.S. Army serving as a 1st Lieutenant from 1964 to 1966 in the Quartermaster Corps in Heidelberg, Germany.

I then ran the family established Gerber Restaurant Supply company for 21 years.

I moved into commercial Real Estate in 1989 with Gretzer, Tow & Associates. They are focused on medical professionals in The Texas Medical Center, the largest employer in Houston with over 50,000 employees.

We started Gerber Realty in 1994.

We differentiate our Company by offering the highest level of personal service to our clients who are looking to lease, purchase, sell or rent a property.

David (and Melissa) are involved at every stage with each of our clients. We coordinate the process with the principals and their attorneys to ensure a smooth transaction.
