Gershman

The firm’s growth has largely been fueled by strategic acquisitions. In April 2005, Gershman merged with Follman Properties – ONCOR International, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the St. Louis area. In November 2011, Gershman acquired Coldwell Banker Commercial’s property management division, integrating an experienced team, including Gregory Nooney, and a managed portfolio comprised of both local and institutional Landlord clients. In late 2019, Gershman acquired the property management and accounting divisions of Sachs Properties following the landmark leasing/management assignment of approximately 850,000 SF in Chesterfield, previously owned by the Sachs family.
