After a successful career at Procter & Gamble where she was the company’s first female brand manager, Peg Wyant sought out her next challenge as a real estate entrepreneur. Inspired by a love of historic architecture, interior design, and sustainability, Peg believed she could fill a niche in the local market

by offering Cincinnati apartments lovingly restored in the most distinctive neighborhoods. Long before crowds began lining up for reservations on Vine Street, Peg had a vision for the future of Cincinnati that saw young people returning to or staying in their hometown, desiring the lifestyle and amenities of the more densely populated cities from which they came or visited. Grandin Properties was born from a love of new spaces in classic places.
