He has successfully grown the company into a vertically-integrated real estate firm that includes development, investments, and property management. Today, Guardian continues to thrive as a regional leader in multifamily development and property management with a diverse portfolio comprised of creative and industry-leading concepts.

Since 2002, the company has acquired, developed, and owned 11,000 housing units in 4 states. Presently, the company owns 30 properties consisting of 2,300 units with a pipeline of approximately 2,000 units. The company’s management portfolio consists of approximately 110 properties
