Horan Estates are a fully licenced member of IPAV (TRV) holding the highest qualifications in our field, with several years experience selling properties throughout Ireland and overseas. We have a proven track record of frequently exceeding the guide price on the properties we sell, so you can be sure to get the best possible results.

So far our business has been built through word of mouth, repeat business & a strong marketing strategy. Our approach is different in that we offer a much more hands on approach to the sales process from start to finish.

Here at Horan Estates, we understand that this business is about people and not just property. We know that buying or selling a property can be a difficult undertaking. Our professional team work to make this process as hassle free as possible.

Our team also know that time-wise, valuing or viewing a property can be difficult for buyers and sellers alike. That's why we work outside the regular 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and are available 7 days per week. This allows us to accommodate a wider spectrum of buyers and sellers.
