ILAN BESOR

Ilan Besor, born in Kibbutz Ga’ash, Israel. He lives and works in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel’s Cultural and Financial center.

Graduated from the Photography Department of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (1986) in Jerusalem, Israel.

Besor is the sole owner of a professional photography studio in Tel-Aviv.

Besor utilizes his skills for leading advertising firms, record companies, musicians, designers and many more.

Alongside commercial photography, Besor also deals with personal-artistic photography.

Ilan has showcased many sole exhibitions and has participated in group exhibitions in Israel and abroad.

Ilan published his book “Panim Mukarot” (Familiar Faces) in the year 2002 through the Maariv Publishers – which contains more than hundred portraits of leading personalities from Israel’s cultural and performing communities [theater, cinema, music etc.]. In the year 2017, his second book, ״Ilan Besor photographs Israeli culture״ was published,. The book includes photographs of 100 actors, musicians and well-known artists.
