My life in photography started with my father and his old 35mm Olympus. While backpacking, he taught me the fundamentals of shutter and aperture on the wonderful wilderness and wildlife around us. After that, I became fascinated with capturing people: making art, music, or theater, or simply enjoying each other's company. It wasn't until I started working in the fashion photography world that I realized the creative control and the excitement of someone seeing themselves in such a new and unique way was truly what I wanted to pursue. After that it all clicked and with a bit of hard work that I opened my own studio with the goal of giving everyone the life changing experience of falling in love with their own image.
